Sunday’s 2XU Triathlon Series Race 4 in Sandringham was a great test for the athletes. The course was demanding with an extra long run up the hill into T1 that had everyone feeling the burn early and the wind made the bike leg even more challenging.  In the elite field Jake Smith put together a fantastic performance, positioning himself perfectly throughout the race and leading the elite pack out at the start of the run.
