Swimming Strength Development - Phase 1

For those of you who are a bit stressed about your swimming and not being able to get into the water, our head coach Mat has put together a Strength and Conditioning Program that will not only keep your muscles strong but also help with stroke patterning.

This is a periodised program delivered in three phases. The next phase will be available in 6 weeks.
