The most advanced swimming program available in Australia for triathletes of all levels. This program includes regular squad, with five sessions per weeks to choose from, and individual sessions if required. The program includes stroke correction, lactate tolerance training, aerobic capacity and speed work. The main squad pool is located at Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne. The program follows a well developed framework with a proven history of success from openwater swimming to Ironman racing.
