COMPREHENSIVE DIETARY ANALYSIS AND PERFORMANCE BASED EATING STRATEGY $180

Have you ever wanted to know whether your diet adequately provides you with all the energy and nutrients you need for training? Your 5 day diet diary, follow this link to download a copy, is analysed using Australia's leading nutrition analysis software to give you an accurate analysis of your diet including; Average total energy intake, protein, carbohydrate and fats, as well as an assessment of all vitamins and minerals. Our dietitian enters the data, looks at the analysis and compares your nutritional intake to your specific training regime. You will receive an electronic copy of the nutritional analyses with specific suggestions from the dietitian to improve your diet as well as a "Performance Based Eating Strategy" which will reflect you're various training needs.

Follow the simply instruction on the Diet Diary then email the completed form directly to Aimee Schicker, our dietitian, and we will take care of the rest. ETPA will email you an invoice once the service has been completed and you have your diet.

SUBSEQUENT DIETARY CONSULTATIONS $100

Follow up consultations keep you in charge of your diet. You may request specific advice regarding race preparation, nutritional recovery strategies or further information on your training diet. Assessments will be based on specific training phases such as, recovery phases and overload phases. You may also complete a follow up diet diary analysis of a few days, or an analysis of your carbohydrate loading phase. You determine what further dietary assistance or education you require and these issues will be addressed.
