Sarah Lester comes second in the world

Sarah Lester again stepped up another gear, coming second in the World Sprint Distance Champs on the weekend. Sarah had a blistering 18:37 run off the bike, which was by far the fastest run in her age group on the day.

Kim Michell, from the VU swim squad, had a solid day out coming 91st in her category on what looks like a slow day for racing
