  • 2004 Dec - Canberra Half Ironman -entered to finish, which I did - then sat around waiting for the Australian Ironman slot allocation - don't ask me why - got a slot and have become a little bit obsessed with Ironman.
  • 2005 April - Australian Ironman - when starting out training with Mat, my question was, can I finish? As the event approached it became, how fast can I do this? - the answer 10 Hrs 52 min.
  • 2006 June - UK Half Ironman - qualified for Half Ironman World Championships - Nov 2006
  • 2006 August - UK Ironman - 10 Hrs 13 min
  • Feb 2007 - Malaysia - On track for my first sub 10 performance until things went very wrong at the 9km mark of the Marathon. Finished in 10:30 and still walked away with a Hawaii World Championship qualification - VERY happy boy. (never give up - ALWAYS go to the roll down !!)
