I have no outstanding disciplines - I try hard at each one - constant training at each, may not make one a champion but great improvements can be achieved.

Goals:

To finish an Ironman - knowing I have done the best I can do - I have given it my all!!!!!! Qualify and do Hawaiian Ironman.

Interests:

Most sports - watching the abilities of the great sports people. Movies & good food. Chilling out with good company & couple of drinks (out of heavy training times)

Winning my last triathlon race 2003.

Finishing my first IMOZ 2004
